What a whirlwind the past few months have been! The team has been busy wrapping up furniture installations, digging into new build designs, and sneaking in some time to enjoy the long summer nights. We even had the pleasure of attending a few fun events around the Flathead Valley and making connections with folks in the industry we are really excited about!
One topic that has come up in conversation recently is the timelessness of design and how we approach that here at Emily Anne. Whether it’s through the materials we use or the layout of a home and how the space functions, we believe timelessness comes by taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape and lifestyle of those living in a space.
Keep an eye out for more on this topic in the Fall/Winter issue of Western Home Journal!
FEATURED PROJECT | Mountain Modern Remodel
Still one of our favorite past projects, this mountain modern remodel truly shows how a little potential can go a long way.
Our clients were captivated by the location of this existing home, inspiring them to purchase the property with dreams of creating a modern sanctuary that seamlessly connects with nature. Set against a breathtaking backdrop, this modernized rancher is a true reflection of its surroundings—a unique home where timeless design meets natural beauty.
The original Living Room was reimagined as a large, functional Kitchen, designed to be the heart of the home. By incorporating the existing fireplace into the new Kitchen layout, we created a warm and unique focal point, blending practicality with design elegance. Every space was thoughtfully reconfigured to ensure a natural flow throughout the home, complemented by updated finishes and meticulous attention to detail. See more of the finished project here.
ON THE BOARDS SNEAK PEEK | Custom Home Design
This year we have had the exciting opportunity to take on quite a few build design and interiors projects, helping our clients bring their dream homes to life. One of our favorites is a “Mountain Tudor” home that has required creativity in the best way! Take a look at where we’re headed and stay tuned for more of the interiors.
