This fun and unique project was built around the core idea of maximizing living space while seamlessly connecting the interior of the home with the exterior. To achieve this, we added a large two-story addition to the back of the house, significantly expanding the home’s layout. The new addition includes a Guest Bedroom, a spacious Family Room, and an enlarged Primary Bedroom, providing the homeowners with both functionality and comfort.
The Family Room serves as the heart of the home, anchored by a striking large bifold door that opens directly to a beautifully landscaped garden patio. This feature brings in natural light and allows for effortless transitions between indoor and outdoor living. The continuity of the flooring, which flows from the interior to the patio, further enhances the seamless indoor/outdoor aesthetic, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
