To have access to a beautiful loft in downtown Spokane with stunning exposed beams and original brick walls was a dream come true. The icing on the cake was the opportunity to work with the most amazing clients who truly understood and embraced the vision. With a blank slate, we were free to craft a unique and inviting environment that harmonized modern elegance with timeless charm.
We married a soft, warm, and feminine aesthetic with the rustic allure of the loft’s original architectural elements. The fusion of these styles created a welcoming space that felt both cozy and sophisticated. A standout feature of the design was the custom Bedroom we added within the open loft area. By incorporating glass walls, we created a sense of separation and privacy while maintaining the loft’s airy, open feel.
Every element, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtful design details, was selected to enhance the character of the space while ensuring comfort and functionality. The entire project turned out beautifully, blending contemporary design with the authentic charm of the loft, creating a home that was both inspiring and deeply personal.
