The location of this existing rancher home was what initially captivated our clients, inspiring them to purchase the property with dreams of creating a modern sanctuary that seamlessly connects with nature. To bring their vision to life, we extended the Great Room by 15 feet and raised the roof, transforming it into a spacious, light-filled haven surrounded by expansive glass walls that invite the outdoors in.
The original Living Room was reimagined as a large, functional Kitchen, designed to be the heart of the home. By incorporating the existing fireplace into the new Kitchen layout, we created a warm and unique focal point, blending practicality with design elegance. Every space was thoughtfully reconfigured to ensure a natural flow throughout the home, complemented by updated finishes and meticulous attention to detail. To complete the transformation, we selected and provided all the interior furniture, adding the finishing touches to the story of this remarkable home.
